An Unbelievably Bright Fuchsia Bloom!

The mesmerizing flowers are an enchanting bright pink. The colors of the Raspberry Hibiscus Smoothie tree are unlike anything else. A mixture of vibrant pink and deep purple, the fuchsia of the petals remains bright all the way into early autumn. The pop of color will be an incredible addition to your landscape.

You get massive double blooms with this tree. The Raspberry Smoothie produces huge, double blooms that sit perfectly amongst the bright green leaves. The contrast of the energetic fuchsia flowers on top of deep green foliage will certainly brighten up your garden.

The unique shape of the flowers is truly mesmerizing. The Raspberry Smoothie Hibiscus is sometimes referred to as the Rose of Sharon because of the flowers' shape. Crumpled paper like Hibiscus petals emerge in blossoms that looks like a rose.

Your garden pops with color as everything else begins to fade. In the dog days of late summer as flowers from other plants begin to fade and wither from the heat, the Raspberry Smoothie Rose of Sharon Althea tree begins to bloom. Just as you begin to miss the vibrant colors of spring, your tree will flower into the autumn.

Butterflies and Hummingbirds can't stay away from the bright colors. The Raspberry Smoothie is a magnet for butterflies and hummingbirds. Imagine sitting in your garden in late summer admiring the bright pink blossoms, surrounded by dancing hummingbirds and colorful butterflies.

Just plant it and enjoy it. You don't need to worry about annoying maintenance. This tree can't help but look beautiful, no matter what you do. You will get a gorgeous site in your garden with very little investment of time and energy.

This ornamental is perfect for so many uses. If you pot this tree, you can place it anywhere you like for an additional spark of color. You can plant several in your yard, in a row and create a gorgeous privacy hedge. The uses are only as limited as your imagination.

Brighten up your landscape today! The Raspberry Smoothie Tree is a sought after ornamental. It's so easy to care for and it provides such an incredible display that you don't want to wait around for this addition to your landscape!

Planting & Care

Planting Instructions: Plant your Raspberry Smoothie Tree in either full sun or partial shade. This tree is very resistant to heat, drought, pollution and poor soil conditions, so you only need to worry about where you place the plant in your yard. When planting, add some compost and a general fertilizer to the soil and then top off the base of the tree with some mulch for water retention.

Watering: Because of its drought resistance, you only need to water your Raspberry Smoothie Hibiscus when you get less than one inch of rain in a week. If you over water, the leaves will turn yellow.

Fertilization: You can fertilize the plant every spring with a general-purpose fertilizer. Fertilizing too much will cause the tree to produce more leaves and less blooms, so be careful to only add a little bit each year.

Pruning: You only need to prune your Raspberry Smoothie Tree if you want it to maintain a certain shape for hedges. You can also prune to control the size of your plant as taller trees will have smaller blooms. Cutting 2-3 buds on each branch will allow the tree to produce larger blooms the next season. Since this tree is such a late bloomer, only prune in late fall and winter.

Gorgeous!!!!!

I'm so ecstatic about this tree! I bought the 2-3 foot tree and when it arrived it was at least 4 feet perfectly pruned and already beautiful. There were 27 buds already! The tree is a beauty even before the buds open but when the flowers are in bloom it's going to be a stunner!!
