Months of White Roses for Hot and Cold

Why Pretty Polly® White Roses?

Combining disease resistance with repeat blooms and sweet fragrance, the Pretty Polly® White is second to none. With Polly, you get it all...intoxicating aroma to its unique color and repeat blooms, Polly is carefree and unbelievably beautiful.

Looking for a rose that thrives in hot, humid climates and frigid northern zones? Look no further. The Pretty Polly® White Rose is the rose suited for nearly any climate or tough conditions nationwide, so there's no guesswork when it comes to this unparalleled rose.

In addition to its repeat blooming through fall, you get amazing disease resistance and color down to -20 degrees. Unlike other leggy, lower-maintenance roses bred solely for disease resistance, the Pretty Polly® White has it all: Beauty and brawn, so you don't have to choose.

In fact, tons of pastel roses welcome every spring and last into the fall, creating a look that's reminiscent of glossy front-page features in your favorite home magazines. And Pretty Polly® White will thrive for generations - after all, it was developed more than 100 years ago!

You get Polly's compact form for low borders, containers next to your entryway, and plant bed focal points in the chilliest climates. And because its scent is so sweet, it's perfect for cutting and bringing indoors. Basically, there's nothing this heirloom rose can't do.

Why Fast-Growing-Trees.com is Better

Most of the bare-root varieties at these big-box retailers don't have repeat purple roses plus fragrance...they've been bred for disease resistance only.

That's why rose lovers order from Fast Growing Trees.

When you order your Pretty Polly® White Rose from Fast Growing Trees, you get a rose that's bred for beauty, strong growth, and healthy roots. You won't have to compromise and get bare-root plants with canes dipped in wax.

The Pretty Polly® White Rose is years in the making, developed to perfection by experts. Don't wait - order your Pretty Polly® White Rose today!

Planting & Care

1. Planting: Choose a spot with well-drained soil and full sun (6 to 8 hours of sunlight per day).

Plant your rose in a hole twice as wide but just as deep as the root ball. Water immediately to establish roots. Add a 3-inch layer of mulch around the surrounding soil.

If you're planting in a container, select a pot that's about twice the size of your plant's shipped container and use organic soil. Place your rose, water to settle its roots, and find a sunny spot on your porch or patio to place your container.

2. Watering: Water weekly, or check the surrounding soil. When the soil is dry about 3 inches down, it's time to water your rose.

If your rose is container-planted, water until you see it flowing from the drainage holes at the bottom.

3. Fertilizing: Feed with a liquid rose fertilizer, once in the spring and once in the summer. Follow the instructions on the package.

4. Pruning: Other than for shaping purposes, no pruning is required for your Pretty Polly® White Rose.

Coming back

The plant arrived with all leaves yellow. The next day, most of its leaves fell off and all the tips dried out. It went completely all steams the following day, with several branches brown. I cut off most of those. I was really concerned that I would loose the plant. Couple of days passed and the plants was covered with leaves and came back nicely. However, the steam tips continued to dry out. I am confident that the plant will come back, and hopefully as a healthy one.
