Stunning Pink-Purple Color in Weeping Form
Why Lavender Twist® Weeping Redbud Trees?
A profusion of lavender flowers cascades down weeping stems in springtime, setting the Lavender Twist® Weeping Redbud apart. This cultivar of the native redbud tree takes the traditional upright form to the next level with its flowing habit.
With the Lavender Twist®, you get unmatched beauty. This is truly a four-season plant of interest, so you'll never grow tired of watching it transform from one season to the next. It's no wonder why the Lavender Twist® Weeping Redbud earned the 2009 Georgia Gold Medal Award in the tree category for its outstanding merits as a superior ornamental plant.
With this tree, you not only get seasonal interest but also virtually no upkeep since it's got pest tolerance and cold hardiness. In fact, the Lavender Twist® typically enters dormancy before the first fall frost, increasing its survivability in harsh winter climates. So, no matter where you live or where you plant, this Redbud grows above and beyond.
Why Fast-Growing-Trees.com is Better
Effortless care and stunning growth - is there anything better? Actually, the best part is your Redbud's strong beginning.
Because we've planted, grown, and shipped your Redbud Tree with the utmost care, you get unmatched color year after year. Other nurseries offer bare-root varieties that frequently die back after the first season - but ours arrive in their original container, with healthy roots steeped in nutrient-rich soil.
But don't wait - flowering trees this low-maintenance sell out quickly. Get your own Lavender Weeping Redbud Tree today!
Planting & Care
1. Planting: Simply plant your Redbud in full sun (6 to 8 hours of sunlight daily) and well-drained soil.
Dig a hole that's about three times the size of the rootball, place your tree, backfill the soil and water to settle the roots.
2. Watering: During the establishment period, water as needed. Redbuds do not need excessive water to thrive as they are very drought tolerant.
3. Pruning: There’s no need to prune the Redbud, but if you want, you can prune in the dormant season to get rid of any unwanted branches or growth.

Perfect Tree
My tree arrived well packaged and ready to plant. It's only been here a couple of weeks and already has new growth. It seems very healthy and happy. I look forward to enjoying this tree for many years!
So far so good!!
This is the second tree we have purchased from Fast Growing Trees and this one has arrived with perfect timing and in great shape just as the first one did !! Very anxious to see how it preforms in the coming years. We have never seen a weeping red bud in "real life", only in pictures. Highly recommend Fast Growing Trees!!!!
Darn Horse
It came looking really good. I had set it outside, in the shade. Well, we were going riding, and we had the horses tied in the yard, and the reins came untied. Well my horse went over and ate the top 12 inches off the top. I went ahead and planted it, so we will see how it does!
Great purchase!
Easy to purchase. Delivery was on time. Only been planted for a little bit but it already has a lot of growth!
