Planting & Care
1. Planting: Select an area with well-drained soil and full sun (6 to 8 hours of sunlight daily).
Dig a hole that's three times as wide as the root ball but just as deep. Place the tree, backfill the soil, and tamp down. Finally, water the tree to settle the roots and mulch to conserve moisture.
2. Watering: For the first couple of weeks make sure to water your Jr. Giant every other day to help establish the root system. Keep a watering schedule for the first couple of months watering around 2 times a week. Natural rainfall should be enough to sustain your tree after the first year.
3. Pruning: You won’t have to prune this tree unless you'd like to shear for shaping purposes. In that case, you can shear your tree yearly in late spring.

My Thuja Trees
I’m very happy hopeful that my 15 trees will grow healthy, I planted all my trees in autumn season so far I see about four trees drying up. We’ve had rain in California and I’ve been watering them, so I’m hoping they all survive and grow into beautiful trees.
So far so good
So far the experience has been what someone should expect. I'll wait to sing your praise after these trees grow, is that fair?
Junior Giants
Trees arrived 2 per box. The packaging is well thought out and prevented damage during shipping. I received healthy trees that were taller than expected.
Jr thuja
So far so good. Watering is a task in this hot heat
