The Most Popular Indoor Avocado
Why Condo™ Indoor Avocado Trees?
Well, because all you need is a sunny window to harvest your own home-grown avocados. It starts fruiting when it reaches only 3 feet in height – no indoor avocado gives you fruit sooner.
Basically, no green thumb is needed. Simply move your Avocado Tree outside when it’s warm and inside when nighttime temperatures dip. Water your tree when the soil feels dry…it’s really that easy since this forgiving tree loves to be container-grown.
Despite its small size, it can produce a surprisingly large amount of fruit that will only increase as it matures. And the fruit is a super delicious superfood, rich and buttery smooth. Your avocados can be enjoyed straight from the tree or incorporated into your favorite dishes. Spread your avocados on toast, make healthy smoothies, or incredible fresh guacamole.
Why Fast-Growing-Trees.com is Better
For starters, store-bought avocados never develop the flavor that you get from your own tree. And it’s easy to maintain this variety since we’ve meticulously monitored each tree at our nursery. But best of all, since we’ve grafted our Condo™ Indoor Avocado Trees, you won’t have to wait 8 years or more for fruit. In fact, our larger-sized trees typically provide fruit during the very first season.
Imagine fresh avocados, from July through September, and in the very first year. There’s nothing like the home-grown, all-natural taste of your own fruit. Order your Condo™ Indoor Avocado Tree today!
Pollination Info
Condo™ Avocado Tree Pollination
Condo™ Avocado Trees are self-fertile. You will get fruit with only one plant. However, adding an additional pollinator will drastically increase the size of your crop. Below are the most effective pollinators we have chosen for your area...
Planting & Care
1. Planting: Choose an area with plenty of sun - in front of a window is ideal. Then, choose a pot twice as large as the tree's root system, carefully place the tree and cover the roots with organic soil mix. Tamp the soil down around the tree's root system to remove all air pockets. Using a small diameter wooden pole, stake the tree with a garden stake and tie the tree to the pole loosely using cotton twine.
If planting in a container, use a cactus or citrus soil mix that is well-draining in a container that is slightly larger than the current one.
2. Watering: When planting, water your young avocado tree to be sure it is sufficiently hydrated. Otherwise, allow the soil to dry between waterings. A thorough watering once weekly is generally all your avocado needs, however.
While the roots prefer to stay on the dry side, avocado leaves love humidity. Indoor Avocados will do best if misted daily, especially when you are running the heat during cooler months. You can also use a humidifier or fill your pot's saucer with rocks and add water; place your plant on the rocks ensuring the bottom of the pot is above the waterline.
3. Pruning: Prune the avocado lightly to maintain appearance or to remove damaged branches during the first few years after planting. Pruning should be done in the spring.
4. Fertilizing: Give your tree a year to acclimate, then apply a well-balanced fertilizer following label instructions in the spring and again in summer or fall.

Holding my breath till Spring
I live in Southwest Wyoming, Should have waited till Spring to purchase, but was afraid there wouldn't be any available. So have it under grow lights and crossing my fingers that it makes to warmer weather, then Ill have the deer to contend with!
Condo avocado
Great. I repotted it and its in my greenhouse. Already showing new growth!
Love It and Can't wait to experience my very own avocado from my own tree.
Came very promptly, shipped very safely, and was a very healthy looking tree. It is growing and looks good. Very excited to see what happens.
Couldn't be happier with my purchase!!!
First I would like to start by saying that this is the first live plant I have ever bought online, I was very skeptical but I saw all the reviews and decided to try them out, and I am very glad I did. The tree shipped super fast! Ordered it on October 16th and it was delivered October 20th! It came very well packaged (sorry for the lack of pictures , I was too excited to remember to take some as I opened it), It was wrapped in plastic, then wrapped with paper and then placed in a box with fragile and "live plant" labels on it. The tree looks very healthy and undamaged. I potted the tree a couple days later following their instructions and it looks great! I do live in a colder zone but I will be bringing the tree indoors with grow lights during the winter. Overall a great experience buying from Fastgrowingtrees! highly recommend!
Hard to tell
too soon to tell. I hope I water it or feed it correctly. Its in my Lani . Water it once a week. I lost a tree from the storm this will go in its place.
